Class Information: We strive to provide accurate information regarding class schedules, pricing, and availability. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors.
Enrollment Acceptance: Your enrollment application constitutes an offer to participate in our classes. We may accept or decline this offer at our discretion.
Payment: Payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated at registration.
Class Participation: Participants must follow all posted rules and guidelines while attending classes. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
Refunds: We offer a refund policy within the first 30 days of enrollment. Refunds may be prorated based on attendance.
Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that participation in culinary activities involves inherent risks. Taste Training is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Intellectual Property: All content on our website and within the school, including logos and images, is the property of Taste Training and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
